Persian polyester resin code 2030 ortho phthalic is a family of unsaturated polyester resins. Among ordinary polymers, unsaturated polyester resins and UP resins play the most important role in connecting glass fibers and creating different shapes. These compounds are also called unsaturated polyester resin with high viscosity, which are able to produce saturated solid compounds with monomers with lower viscosity.

Application of Parsi 2030 polyester resin

This resin can be used in various processes such as manual glass fiber layering, resin spraying, casting, pultrusion, SMC, BMC.

Unsaturated polyester orthophthalic resin 2030 is used in various industries such as automobile manufacturing, building construction, shipbuilding (ship hull construction), transportation, electrical industries, and decorative goods manufacturing.

Important points regarding the use of Parsi 2030 polyester resin

Due to strong and destructive reactions, never directly combine acid with cobalt to prepare the resin, use cobalt first and then acid. Polyester resin should be stored in a cool environment. Due to the adhesive properties of polyester resin, it easily sticks to wood and mold, as a result, wax and film can be used as separating materials. In this way, before using the resin, the liquid of the film can be applied to the inner surface of the mold with a brush and the wax can be polished, then the liquid can be poured into the mold smoothly.
