Introduction of Direct Roving Fibers

Direct roving fibers are yarns made of type E glass fibers. These threads are connected in a thread. And finally they are wrapped around the bobbin without twisting.

Direct roving glass fibers are compatible with most existing resins. Direct roving glass fibers are suitable for technologies such as pultrusion, filament winding and fabric weaving.

Roving glass fibers are a set of a certain number of continuous threads that are gathered around a cylindrical spool without mechanical twisting. Roving glass fibers with distribution ability and excellent wetting properties are suitable for cutting processes or producing materials with low to medium fiber content.

Applications of Direct Roving Fibers

Direct roving fibers are made of type E glass. These fibers are compatible with most resins such as epoxy resin, vinyl ester, unsaturated polyester resin and phenol formaldehyde resin.

Direct roving glass fibers have features such as good electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, good crushing, good distribution, high flowability, low water absorption, heat resistance, etc.
